Katie and Paul chose Lake Garda for their destination wedding in Italy, drawn by its refined beauty and romantic atmosphere. For their celebration, they selected Villa Bettoni, one of the most iconic historic villas on the lake, where elegance, architecture, and breathtaking views come together in a truly timeless setting.

Both originally from the UK, the couple wanted a celebration that felt sophisticated yet welcoming, and they entrusted us as their wedding planners to guide them through the planning process and bring their vision to life at Villa Bettoni.

The day began with preparations in two separate locations: Paul in a private villa, and Katie in a luxury hotel, allowing each of them to enjoy quiet moments before the ceremony. The ceremony itself took place on the panoramic lake-view terrace of Villa Bettoni, beautifully decorated with floral arrangements in soft shades of green, pale pink, and white.

The reception unfolded in the villa’s lakefront garden, where long tables were enhanced by refined floral designs and elegant golden details. Gold accents appeared in the tableware, cutlery, and in the graceful arches supporting the crystal drop chandeliers, creating a sophisticated yet warm atmosphere. The unparalleled view over Lake Garda made the dining experience truly unforgettable.

As the evening continued, the cake cutting became a spectacular moment, accompanied by cold spark fountains behind the couple and fireworks launched from the lake, illuminating the night sky.

The celebration concluded with lively dancing in the garden, accompanied by a live band, before moving inside the villa for an energetic after-party with a DJ. A vintage gelato cart and a vintage audio guestbook telephone added a playful and personal touch, making the evening even more memorable for the couple and their guests.
